FAIR BOARD FAQ
How does pricing work for multi-day fairs?
Every fair is quoted individually based on the shows and stations you choose, the number of days, the hours of entertainment and your location. Multi-day bookings can be planned with a different lineup each day, such as a headliner show one day and more stations the next. Tell us your dates and ideas through the intake form and we will send a custom quote.
Do you provide insurance and certificates for fair boards?
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance and can list your fair board or venue as an additional insured when your contract requires it. We can also provide a W-9. Send us your requirements when you reserve your dates.
What are your stage and electrical requirements?
Requirements depend on the act. Kirk Marsh's shows and The Amazingly Fantastic Show each have a rider that lists stage space, sound and power needs, and our stations (balloon twisting, face painting, airbrush tattoos, henna, caricature arts, fortune tellers and photo booth) mainly need a table and chairs in a shaded or covered spot. We send the rider with your agreement so your team knows exactly what to prepare.
How do you handle outdoor weather and wind?
We plan around your grounds and your fair's weather plan, and we talk through indoor or covered options for stage shows and stations before the event. If severe weather forces a change on the day, we work with your fair board on the schedule. Weather terms are covered in your agreement.
How are travel, lodging, and logistics handled?
We are based in Ralston, Nebraska, and travel to fairs and festivals across Nebraska, Iowa and the surrounding region. Travel is included in your custom quote, and for farther fairs we confirm lodging and arrival times with you during the estimate so there are no surprises. Our team arrives early, sets up on your schedule and works with your event staff all day.
