The Balloon Brigade Is Everywhere This Fall: Omaha Fall Festival Entertainment

The Balloon Brigade Is Everywhere This Fall

If it feels like The Balloon Brigade is popping up everywhere around Omaha this fall, there's a reason.

Our entertainers are BUSY.

September and October are some of our favorite months of the year because the Omaha metro fills up with school carnivals, church festivals, fall celebrations, company events, community gatherings and family events.

And The Balloon Brigade is right in the middle of it.

Our balloon twisters, face painters and airbrush tattoo artists are heading to events throughout the Omaha area, including familiar annual stops such as Boys Town, St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church and other schools, churches and organizations around the metro.

The good news?

It's not too late to get The Balloon Brigade on your fall calendar.

BALLOON TWISTING, FACE PAINTING AND AIRBRUSH TATTOOS FOR OMAHA FALL EVENTS

One reason we love fall events is that no two crowds are exactly alike.

At one event, the balloon artists may have a line of younger kids waiting to choose their creations.

Across the event, face painters are transforming kids with colorful designs.

And then there are the airbrush tattoos.

Those can be especially useful when an event has older kids, tweens, teenagers and adults mixed in with younger children.

Instead of trying to make one attraction work for everybody, event organizers can create several different entertainment experiences around the event.

That's exactly what we're doing at events across Omaha this fall.

YOU'VE PROBABLY SEEN US AROUND OMAHA

The Balloon Brigade isn't a national booking website sending whoever happens to be available.

We're local.

Our entertainers live here. We perform here. And during the busy fall season, you'll find members of The Balloon Brigade working at events throughout Omaha and the surrounding communities.

We've provided entertainment for organizations and events including Boys Town and St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, along with schools, churches, businesses, community organizations and private events throughout the metro.

That experience matters.

A neighborhood party with 50 guests is a very different entertainment challenge from a large school carnival or church festival with hundreds of people.

For larger events, we're not only thinking about what will be fun.

We're thinking about the crowd.

How many children are coming?

What ages?

How long does the event last?

Are families arriving all at once or throughout the day?

Would the event benefit from multiple artists?

Would it make more sense to combine balloon twisting, face painting and airbrush tattoos so guests have several different things to do?

Those are much better questions than simply asking, "Should we get a balloon artist?"

WHY MULTIPLE ENTERTAINMENT STATIONS WORK SO WELL

If you're expecting a large crowd, one incredibly popular entertainer can create an interesting problem:

Everybody wants to see them.

That's why larger fall festivals, school carnivals and church events may benefit from multiple artists or different kinds of entertainment operating at the same time.

Imagine one part of the event with balloon twisting.

Another area has face painting.

Somewhere else, guests can choose an airbrush tattoo.

Now you've created choices.

Different ages can gravitate toward different activities, and the entire crowd doesn't necessarily have to funnel toward one attraction.

For large events, we're happy to talk with organizers about the crowd they're expecting and the entertainment options that may make sense.

AIRBRUSH TATTOOS AREN'T JUST FOR LITTLE KIDS

When organizers think about children's entertainment, balloon twisting and face painting often come to mind first.

But what about the older kids?

That's one reason we love having airbrush temporary tattoos in The Balloon Brigade lineup.

They give event planners another interactive option for mixed-age crowds and can complement balloon twisting and face painting particularly well.

At a school carnival, company family day or large fall festival, having several types of entertainment means more guests can find something they're interested in.

PLANNING A SCHOOL CARNIVAL OR CHURCH FALL FESTIVAL?

Fall calendars fill quickly because many Omaha-area organizations are planning events during the same September and October weekends.

If you're still planning yours, don't assume you're too late.

Contact us.

Tell us:

* Your event date and location

* Approximately how many guests you're expecting

* The ages you're expecting

* How long the event lasts

* Which entertainment you're considering

If you already know you want balloon twisting, face painting or airbrush tattoos, great.

If you have no idea how many entertainers you need, that's okay too.

Tell us about the event first.

We can help you explore the options.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO GET ON OUR FALL CALENDAR

We're having a blast seeing familiar faces and meeting new families as The Balloon Brigade travels around the Omaha metro this fall.

Boys Town. St. Wenceslaus. Schools. Churches. Company events. Community celebrations. Private parties.

And we're not finished yet.

If your school, church, company or organization has a fall festival, carnival, trunk-or-treat, family night or community event coming up, there may still be time to add The Balloon Brigade to your lineup.

Bring in a balloon twister.

Add face painting.

Give older kids another option with airbrush tattoos.

Or talk to us about putting together multiple entertainers for a larger crowd.

Fall is already rolling in Omaha. Let's get your event on the calendar.
